We are recruiting for a fast growing, innovative, successful, 5 star Serviced Office organisation, based in central London. The role is an integral part of the business, and as the Centre Operations Manager you will be the first point of contact for the clients, managing all requests, delivering a first class customer experience at all times and ensuring your team are delivering at the same standard. This is a position which spin many plates and you need to be agile, adaptable, be solutions orientated and be able to work at pace! The candidate needs to be highly professional, engaging, with exceptional communications skill and an operational mindset. Nothing is to be or too small!This is an opportunity to grow and develop and lead a team at a successful Business Centre. You will manage and motivate, support on staff training and improving processes and the client experience.Your responsibilities will include;Manage own building and its operations with a team consisting of the front of house staff and supporting domestic and maintenance personnel, ensuring smooth operations of the centre to ensure standards are continually maintainedGeneral day-to-day management of team, delegating duties and tasks accordingly Identify and implement team training where necessaryCreate and maintain a professional and positive culture amongst the teamOverall responsibility for the progression and development of all members of the teamBuild and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the coordination of client onboarding and offboarding processes are seamless and are also mirrored by the team you are responsible for Billing and invoicing management for all clientsStrong understanding and implementation of IT set-up for clients, along with troubleshooting to resolve issuesConduct sales viewings together with the sales team and have a full understanding of sales forecast for the buildingTake complete revenue and budget responsibility for the Centre Oversee and supervise facility and health & safety management of the building Implement health & safety regulations where necessaryReactive and on-call to any building issues or emergenciesProcure and manage external
contractors/suppliers,
