Centre ManagerGuildhall Shopping Centre, ExeterWe have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Retail and Leisure Manager to join an established, successful team at the Guildhall Shopping Centre in the heart of Exeter. Guildhall Shopping & Dining is a multi-level shopping & dining venue located in the centre of Exeter, which combines a modern shopping centre, with a unique ‘Queen Street’ dining experience set in traditional architecture. Constructed in 1976, Guildhall features two floors of retail with brands including Primark, The Perfume Shop, Sainsbury’s, and WH Smith whilst also boasting its very own 13th Century church at its heart.As the Centre Manager, you will be at the heart of the retail and leisure operation, working closely with your immediate team to deliver exceptional customer services. Experience of Asset Management and Leasing is key, you will work closely to identify the right tenants to compliment our current residents and drive footfall.You will be someone with significant people management, financial acumen and operational experience of managing a large property. Retail and Leisure experience is preferred as we need someone who can manage and control all the required Service Charge financial reporting which is key, as well as management of and Operations Manager and onsite Facilities Manager, you will also be responsible for Health & Safety compliance.As the Centre Manager you will co-ordinate the day to day operations and all aspects within a busy flagship Leisure centre environment anchored by leading leisure and dining operators. You will ensure the smooth and effective commercial and operational running of the centre, with a focus on the delivery of excellent service to our customers and consumers.
