Centre Manager

Centre ManagerPremier Recruitment Solutions are working with a well-known brand within automotive fast fit to recruit a Centre Manager for their site near Leicester . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of car technology but this is not essential. Demonstrate an ability to achieve sales whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service and quality of work. Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to coach and mentor the team. Knowledge of employment law and health & safety is also desirable. As a Centre Manager you will:Lead the operation and daily running of the depot.Play a key part in the Cost control, Budgets, Revenue and Sales targetsOversee the maintenance of stock values within the Centre.Implement and enforce company procedures and policies.Ensure the work is carried out in line with Company Procedures.Deliver excellent customer serviceYour responsibilities will include:Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to.Maintenance of documents in adhering to company procedures.Maximise workflow through the workshop to achieve efficiencies.Create and foster a positive customer service experience.Assist with training and mentoring of employees.Benefits/Perks:£30,000 - £32,000 Basic salary (Based on experience)£46,000 OTEMonthly bonusEmployee discount on servicing, MOT & TyresTraining schemes to support developmentIf you are interested in the position and would like some more information or to apply, please call Charlie at Premier Automotive on (phone number removed).
