Salary: £26,000 - £27,000per annum
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm

Role
We are currently recruiting for a Central Rental Executiveto join our team based at our Head Office in Coventry to work within the Central Rental Team, carrying out administration for creating/raising rental agreements for short term rental vehicles. Liaising with rental locations to arrange vehicles & deliveries. Supporting maximum utilisation of the rental fleet & customer liasion. Carry out detailed administration for 3rd party cross hires & ensuring charges for both hires & adhoc/damage recharges are effectively recovered.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Effective administration & management of 3rd party cross hire vehicle, weekly review & update of cross hire
Purchase order / weekly reconciliation & processing of 3rd party supplier rental invoices: Daily review & management of 3rd party cross hire damage recharges costs & recovery in a timely manner
Process enquiries for short term rental and delivery of STR agreements etc.
Preparing & administration of rental agreements ready for invoicing
Monitoring utilisation of short-term rental fleet across the rental fleet & liaising with the rental depots
To maximise the opportunity to provide short term rental vehicles to all customers & prospects
Ensure new rental sales and bookings are communicated effectively to the depot rental operator
Support major short term rental peak requirements & projects o Ensure operational procedures are adhered to, ensuring consistent & effective processes are maintained
Deal with telephone/email enquiries and bookings to meet the customer needs and to deliver customer satisfaction
Provide an outstanding level of customer service and rental vehicle provision.
Provide regular reports on the rental operation as required in an agreed format including the daily rental report and weekly customer reports
A hands-on role for the central rental department
Working within central rental day-to-day activity
Close, regular liaison with Fraikin rental locations
Close, regular liaison with Fraikin customers
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel / Word
Knowledge of commercial vehicles would be advantageous
Exceptional administration / attention to detail skills
Likes working to deadlines
