An independent Property & Construction consultancy firm are seeking a CDM Consultant to join their expanding team.

They focus on high quality construction projects for a wide range of notable clients. The CDM Consultant will provide comprehensive advice for commercial, residential, and public sectors.

The successful CDM Consultant will be joining an organisation who have built a strong reputation across the UK with their clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE

About the role:

The responsibilities of the CDM Consultant includes:

• Offering guidance on health and safety aspects throughout the design and planning phases of every project


• Informing clients about their obligations under the CDM regulations during the pre-construction phase


• Serving as the primary contact for all health and safety-related information


• Evaluating all design proposals concerning health and safety


• Mitigating and managing potential risks through effective communication with designers
