CDM Consultant / Senior CDM Consultant

CDM Consultant / Senior CDM Consultant
Location: Manchester or Leeds offices
Role: Permanent, Full time
This is a great opportunity to join our expanding Northern Property & Construction team. You’ll be working on projects across the North within the Residential, Health and Leisure sectors.
Relevant skills, experience & qualifications:
Experience working in a CDM Consultant / CDM Advisor / Principal Designer position.
IMaPS or CMaPS.
Experience working across projects in a variety of sectors would be beneficial.
Experience working for a Consultancy would be beneficial.
Strong communication / stakeholder management skills.
Duties include:
Conducting Initial Land Risk Assessments.
Assisting the client in identifying, obtaining and collating the pre-construction information.
Compiling and providing pre-construction information to designers, principal contractor and contractors.
Ensuring that designers comply with their duties and co-operate with each other.
Liaising with the principal contractor for the duration of the appointment.
Attending design team meetings/workshops/pre start meetings/progress meetings.
Producing and or reviewing project risk registers.
Producing or reviewing Construction Phase Plans.
Submitting F10's.
Prepare the Health & Safety files/review Health & Safety files.
Conducting Health & Safety site inspections.
