It’s an exciting role that will give you the opportunity to support on compliance activities throughout the entire lifecycle of major projects, from contract reward to completion. Day to day, this is some of what you can expect to be doing:Managing and maintaining the CDM documentation process from pre-construction information (PCI) through to F-10, as well as any ongoing documentation such as the Construction Phase PlanEnsuring 3rd line assurance audits are maintained and managed in line with review timelinesCompleting internal auditing of our management systemsProviding advice, guidance and support to key stakeholders and the wider team on CDM mattersContinually reviewing process and system improvement opportunitiesWhat you’ll bring to the roleYou’ll already have some CDM or SHE experience, as well as good working knowledge of CDM 2015. We’re also looking for you to bring the following with you:NEBOSH General or Construction CertificateStrong communication skills and the ability to challenge and influence, where appropriateFull UK driving licenseWe’re looking for people who don’t settle for ‘good enough’ and push things forward.
