Job IntroductionAs a Catering Supervisor at Sodexo in Clifton College, you are the face of the service operation. This role includes the preparation and serving of our various menus and ensuring all working areas are kept clean and tidy at all times. You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.What you’ll do:To ensure all food service staff are working to maintain and deliver a quality service according to set work schedules and proceduresTo undertake the monitoring of quality control systems e.g. temperatures, job sign off sheetsTo ensure all aspects of the preparation of food service areas and presentation of food is to the notified standard.To ensure all food service assistants attend the daily lunch briefingTo implement cleaning schedules to agreed standardsTo ensure all food service assistants are in the correct uniform and promote a good company imageTo ensure the promotion of a good company image to customers and guests by using positive service practicesInteracts with students in the serving, retail, and dining areasWhat you bring:Positive attitude, professionalism and respect for othersBasic food-handling skillsExperience with working within team with supervisory experienceWhat we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
