Key Responsibilities:
Organize teams and conduct shift briefings.
Handle time sheets and manage sign-ins.
Oversee dietary requirements and the kitchen food pass.
Ensure smooth service on the event floor and address complaints.
Manage events independently with provided briefs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Catering Manager, ideally with event experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Flexibility to work during events, including evenings and weekends.

Pay rates starting at £16/hr (£14.28+£1.72 holiday pay), up to £20/hr (£17.85+£2.15 holiday pay)
