Company Information - We are currently working with a specialist contract caterer managing a well-known fashion brand in the Stockport area.
Duties for Catering Manager - Overseeing and managing the day to day running of the staff/café restaurant, hospitality and events based on site.
This head office has approx. 150 people based on site and will be required to interact and liaise daily with the client on site to arrange and manage events such as canapes functions, drink receptions, bowl food, sit down dinners etc.
You will be responsible for managing a team of 8 staff including 2 supervisors/deputies.
Other duties include managing a budget/GP, delivering quality service, recruitment, assisting with HR i.e. development plans, appraisals.
The ideal Catering Manager-
Previous background in event catering
A customer/ client focused approach
Foodie/passionate about food and produce
Team building and motivational skills
Essential to have a full driving license
