£12.59 - £13.46 per hour (pay award pending)
Permanent, Part time, 30 hours per week, term time only.We are looking for an enthusiastic Catering Manager to run an efficient, high quality service throughout the year at this busy school, ensuring the very best standards of a unique catering provision for the school in line with the Council’s policies and procedures. Elements Academy is a newly established specialist provision in Rotherham, supporting KS2 to KS4 students with SEMH needs. You will be required to have a flexible approach with a caring attitude.It is essential you possess:Relevant experience in a supervisory capacity of large-scale catering provision, including menu planning, stock control systems, controlling a food and /or other budgets, staff supervisionNVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification or experienceAbility to prepare and cook food to a high standardWillingness and ability to undertake on the job trainingGood knowledge of Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and Fire RegulationsPositive leadership skills and a capable energetic approach to drive the business forward The contracted hours are 30 per week to be worked Monday to Friday on a term time basis (45.8 weeks), in accordance with service requirements.
