Date Posted Feb 14, 2024 Job Title: Catering Equipment Maintenance ManagerLocation: National (Working from home with regular national travel required)- Ideal candidate location Birmingham or GlasgowSalary: £50,000.00 per annumBenefits: Company car/ car allowance, 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holiday), BUPA single cover, Pension.Hours: 40 hours a weekOur client, one of the UK’s leaders in providing innovative construction and engineering solutions for clients within a variety of sectors including Retail, Health, Education and Commercial, now has an immediate need to employ an experienced food equipment services manager to work across their internal business divisions.Job Function:To ensure the maintenance/ PPM of all catering equipment and that this is serviced, compliant and completed to the standards expected of the client. Principle Accountabilities:Liaise with maintenance engineers to ensure that all catering equipment is maintained and serviced 365/24/7.Manage the service engineers and maintenance teams, ensuring that health and safety/ compliance is up to standard at all times.Manage the service engineers to ensure effective communication to all internal and external customers in regard to reactive and planned maintenance issues.Manage team leaders on monitoring of catering processes and amend as required.Implement procedures and change processes to suit business needs as and when required.Ensure the provision of weekly, monthly and adhoc reports for all internal and external customers as required.Organise and prioritise work to maximise efficiency and achieve deadlines.Play an active role in bid team for new clients & the retention of contracts with current clients.Train, coach & mentor team leaders & when required other colleagues within the businessIncluded in management on call rota (ooh & weekends)Key Experience Required:Proven experience in catering maintenance/ food services.NVQ Level 3/ AM2/ 18 th
