About the Role of Catering Duty Manager
We are seeking to employ a Duty Manager to our catering team. This is a new role at the College and will be responsibletothe Catering Manager and assist in the day-to-day management of the Catering department. They will be a first point of contact in communications withCollegestaff, students and visitors.
The Duty manager is responsible for managing the front of house catering staff. They will ensure that appropriate staffing levels are maintained at all times to ensureefficient and effective catering service in line withWymondham Collegesstandards of customer expectation, quality and presentation, whilst complying with legislation and financial targets.. The Duty Manager will also be responsible for weekly catering requisitions and bookings relating to the catering department.
Support the team in driving innovation, best practice and culinary excellence within the establishment through craft training, standards monitoring and delivering added value.
