Catering Assistant - Grangemouth, Petrochemical Site (TAR Shutdown)�



Contract Duration: 4 weeks, starting on 10th June�



Working Hours: 6 days per week, 1 day off, 7.5 hour shifts�



Rate of Pay: �12.00ph to �24.00ph with bonus�



Key Responsibilities:�




  • Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to staff and contractors on site.�

  • Ensure all food is prepared and stored according to health and safety regulations.�

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas.�

  • Assist with the setup and cleanup of dining areas before and after meal service.�

  • Monitor food stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.�

  • Follow all company policies and procedures, particuarly those related to food safety and health and safety.�

  • Support the catering team in delivering high-quality service during the shutdown period.�

  • Perform other related duties as required by the catering manager.�



Requirements:�




  • Previous experience in a catering or food service environment.�

  • Excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards.�

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.�

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.�

  • Flexibility to work 6 days a week with 1 day off.�

  • MUST pass a drug and alcohol test prior to employment.�
