This unique organisation operating within the healthcare sector is searching for an Indirect Procurement Category Manager to lead new and innovative procurement processes.
As the Indirect Procurement Category Manager, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of indirect goods and services essential to UK storage and distribution units. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services across various categories, including, Innovation, Facilities Management (FM), Capital Expenditures (CAPEX), Packaging, Maintenance, Technology, Repair and Operations (MRO), Utilities, Marketing and Digital. The professional procurement indirect category manager has complete ownership to identify total cost of acquisition opportunities throughout the whole of this organisation.
Strong knowledge of indirect procurement categories
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
Proficiency in procurement software and tools
MBA or MCIPS / working towards MCIPS
Flexible dependant on experience
