Responsibilities
As a valued member of our team at Retail Impact, you'll embark on an exciting journey to revolutionize the retail landscape. Working closely with some of the UK's largest food retailers and their suppliers, you'll dive into the heart of the industry, leveraging data to drive transformative change. Here's a glimpse into what awaits you:
Data Discovery and Dynamic Insights:
Uncover hidden gems within vast datasets to reveal actionable insights and work with various in-house tools to uncover key insights
Communicate business problems to our technology functions who build bespoke category tools to drive long term solutions
Craft compelling narratives that illuminate market trends, commercial and supply chain insights
Develop innovative strategies that optimize product assortments and enhance customer experiences through effective range planning reviews
Drive category performance through driving key decisions by reviewing past performance across key metrics such as Sales, Wastage and Availability
Strategic Partnership and Collaborative Solutions:
Cultivate strong relationships with retailers and suppliers, fostering trust and collaboration.
Act as a strategic advisor, guiding clients through complex challenges and opportunities.
Co-create bespoke solutions that address the unique needs of each stakeholder, driving mutual success.
Agile Adaptation and Forward-Thinking Solutions:
Anticipate and respond to the ever-changing demands of the retail landscape.
Innovate with agility, identifying emerging trends and opportunities for growth.
Lead the charge in implementing dynamic solutions that keep our clients ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
Must have experience working for a fresh food supermarket or fresh food supplier
Must have the right to work within the UK, no sponsorship will be provided at any point
Must be graduate caliber with at least 5 years experience or 10 years experience within industry
Experience managing a team
