The company boasts an extensive portfolio across Still Wine, Sparkling Wine, Beer and Spirits.We are looking for a Category professional looking to step up into a Category Manager role, who has a track record of using insights to deliver positive commercial outcomes, to support the business and customers to make decisions that enable maximum growth for Freixenet Copestick. We welcome any requests for adjustments in our processes.Key ResponsibilitiesUpdate all category reporting monthly for internal business use, in line with the company schedule.Lead the development of category
reporting/streamlining
and tools to facilitate better business & retailer understanding of the categoryData lead for cleansing and ensuring data is fit for purposeKeep up to date with industry news and latest trends within the BWS categoryProvide category support to channels where we have a leadership role including range, merchandising, and NPD recommendationsSupport the Category team with ad-hoc requests as required.RequirementsAttention to detailAbility to manage time effectively and prioritiseAbility to articulate and deliver information clearly and conciselyStrong data manipulation skills, advanced Excel and PowerPointEffective team worker and cross-functional relationship builderExperience with Power BI a plusWe welcome applications from candidates who do not 100% meet the role requirements.Working Environment:Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per weekHybrid working, average of three days per week in the officePrimary work location is wheelchair accessible, with step free access and on-site parkingInterview Process:Stage 1Telephone or video introduction with Recruiter to discuss application, interest in role, and suitability for the role.Stage 2Interview with hiring manager and HR via Teams.Stage 3Interview with hiring manager and senior manager onsite.BenefitsINDHP Send me alerts about jobs like this.Please enter your email address to continue setting up an email alert for similar jobs to this one.
