Role
Data is a critical asset for the business and is directly linked to ongoing growth and stability of the organisation. The Data Team are a crucial part of Rubix, helping to improve the overall core data within the business and assist the Category Team in being able to carry out their key strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with Core Suppliers to improve their product file from basic data to enrichment.
Interact with internal stakeholders to assure data quality (Product Management, Supply Chain, Pricing and Digital)
To complete and maintain Core Supplier price files.
Develop a detailed understanding of the complex data structures and their relationships across all systems both within the UK and within the Group.
Provide Category and Procurement with the tools to improve Stock, Web and Pricing aspects.
Additional ad hoc data cleansing and project work and preparation of reports.
Completing data tickets through our Freshservice portal in an accurate and timely manner.

Intermediate Excel skills using formulas- mainly vlookups.
