CAST Officer (Drama)

Fixed term for 3 years, Part time 0.5 FTE An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Drama department at UEA as the CAST Officer for CAST Roleplay Training Service.
Cast Roleplay Training Service is a UEA commercial enterprise within the School of Literature, Drama and Creative Writing (LDC), providing comprehensive training to a range of clients, employing an established pool of professional actors.
You will work under the line management of the LDC Cast Lead and manage two part-time Coordinators in the delivery of all CAST’s client roleplay contracts.
Key duties of the role includeoperational management and strategic guidance for the Cast enterprise.Working with UEA’s Research and Innovation Services, you will contribute to financial oversight of Cast as a key part of your role.
Experience of managing client liaison, along with administration, communication and IT skills and excellent literacy and numeracy are required.A background in arts, education or training management and/or senior administrative experience would be an advantage.
This part-time (0.5 FTE) post is available from 1 July 2024 on a fixed term basis for 3 years, with the possibility of extension.

Salary on appointment will be £28,929 per annum (pro rata), with an annual increment up to £35,308 per annum (pro rata).
