Cash management analyst £17.00ph - £22.00ph3 month TempHybrid workingWest LondonI am currently recruiting for an experienced cash management / treasury analyst to join a Global FMCG company on a 3 month temp basis. This is a great role within a fast paced, multi-cultural and diverse organisation You will need to have experience with SAP and have strong communication skills.Responsibilities will include:Record treasury movements within the SAP general ledger systemProcess journal entries within the SAP general ledger systemCompletion of daily cash management tasks, ensuring cash processing, funding, overdrafts and claimCompletion of payment instructions, posting of ledger entries in relevant global platforms, investigating and managing cash shortfalls by monitoring cash flows across global fund rangesProactive ownership and investigation of queries/issues that may arise, escalating and reporting any inconsistences to supervisor or manager in a timely manner.Reviewing processes and outstanding issues to ensure a high level of service is maintained globallyEnsure end to end understanding of all operational tasks and how they relate and impact all processes. Ensure standard ways of working are applied consistentlyMaintain compliance with the set of SOX controls applied to departmental operationsSupport in any Internal and external audit requestsPerform month end activities including journal posting, reconciliations and reviewsAny other ad hoc duties as directed by your Supervisor or Line ManagerPerson Specification:Experience in an accounting function with knowledge of cash and general ledger maintenance activitiesExperience of posting payments on ledger AAT / Part QualifiedComputer skills including the ability to operate computerised accounting, spreadsheet (Excel), and email (Outlook) at a proficient levelAn understanding of cash management and cash processing activitiesGood written and verbal communication skills SAP - MUST HAVE
