Cash and Banking Manager

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

• Manage all cash and banking activities within the organisation
• Oversee cash flow management, forecasting, and reporting
• Supervise banking operations, including reconciliations and deposits
• Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Implement and improve cash handling procedures
• Prepare financial reports related to cash and banking activities

• Proven experience as a Cash and Banking Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and banking practises
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

• Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification such as ACCA or CIMA is desirable

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cash management and banking
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role

• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Knowledge of risk management and internal controls

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Additional certifications in risk management or financial planning

• 5 Days a week Office-based role.
