The Case Management System Analyst will be responsible for the development of our clients’ case management systems, supporting with case management system migrations and building workflows. This is a hybrid role involving development and business analysis, requiring collaboration with cross-functional project teams, understanding business requirements, and the implementation of innovative solutions to optimise case processing.RESPONSIBILITIESUndertaking requirement gathering, collaborating with the relevant stakeholders to understand user needs, regulatory requirements, and organisational objectives.Designing and documenting solutions to meet the identified requirements, creating system architectures, data models, user interfaces, and workflow diagrams.Collaborating with developers to implement system changes and enhancements, writing code, configuring software, and integrating third-party tools.Developing test plans and procedures to ensure that the system meets specified requirements.Where necessary, providing training and technical support to end-users and system administrators.Monitoring system performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, troubleshooting issues, and optimising system configurations.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.Implementing controls and audit trails to ensure systems comply with security regulations.Identifying opportunities to enhance system functionality, improve user experience, and increase efficiency.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLSProficiency is case management system configuration.Familiarity with system analysis and design methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience undertaking business analysis and requirements gathering work.Experience developing web-based applications.Excellent communication skills, with experience of managing external
stakeholders/clients,
