Responsibilities:

• Conducting carpentry repairs and installations in social housing properties.
• Performing small-scale maintenance works across various trades such as plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Providing excellent customer service and representing the company professionally at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a qualified Carpenter.
• Proficiency in carrying out a range of carpentry tasks including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Ability and willingness to undertake small-scale tasks across other trades.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Valid driving license.
