Caretaker

Our client is looking for a Caretaker for a job role based in Ashford, Surrey.
Job Description: Caretaker (Daytime or Evening)
Hours: 45 Hours per week (Monday to Friday: 10:00 to 19:00) OR 45 Hours per week (Monday to Friday: 13:00 to 22:00) with a 30 minute paid break for lunch.
Salary: £29,260 Location: Ashford, Surrey
Duties:
Check site regularly for any potential Health and Safety issues
Morning and afternoon gate duties
Maintenance and management of schedule of works to ensure that the site is kept operational.
Repair and maintenance tasks, painting
Maintenance of the grounds to a high standard; ensure grounds are litter free.
Overseeing out of hours activities.
D1 licence desirable or willingness to complete relevant training.
Open or lock up the premises.
Regular painting of internal rooms and communal areas.
