£12.35 Per hour + Pension + 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
Monday to Friday, 8.30 to 5pm.
Caretaker required for a specialised manufacturer of construction products. This large and stable employer has a brand new facility creating lots of opportunity for a progression and a long term career.
The Successful Caretaker will come from a hands on background and be confident in general DIY tasks. Those with experience as a Handy Person, Trade Worker or Caretaker will be ideal, although those from other backgrounds will be considered. You will be able to work autonomously, and be a team player to support the team on other activities.
The Caretaker Role:

•  Completing routine maintenance checks.
•  Indoor maintenance including fixing basic plumbing leaks, toilet repairs, basic carpentry and replacing fixtures.

The Successful Caretaker:

•  Hands on background and be confident in general DIY tasks.
•  You will be able to work autonomously
•  Team player to support the team on other activities.
