Caretaker/Handyman

Caretaker/Handyman required to work with UK leading housing association across the Wood Green and Hackney area.

My client requires a experienced caretaker to join a team of 2 to carry out caretaking on social properties in the Wood Green and Hackney area.

Candidates MUST have the following:

• Previous experience in a caretaking role, cleaning or handyman
• Be able to work a 40 hour work week
• Immediatley available
• Good spoken english and communication skills
