What’s possible?
Defining, developing, communicating and implementing the ecotoxicology strategy needed to achieve
registration of Nufarm Active Substances and Formulated Products is the challenge that awaits you here. A
pivotal role in supporting regulatory applications related to innovation activities, new product development and product maintenance, you’ll make a vital contribution to the development of Nufarm policies in various areas of ecotoxicology. You’ll also get to provide regulatory leadership and have strategic input on upcoming challenges in regulatory ecotoxicology, globally.
Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting and defending Nufarm projects and dossiers with the regulatory authorities.
Running data gap analysis according to global regulatory requirements and advising on synergies across regions in order to minimise risks and optimise business cases.
Planning and monitoring ecotoxicological studies conducted in international CROs, both according to core requirements and higher tier approaches.
Leading risk assessments and monitoring dossier preparation (ecotox section) carried out at consultancy

Working with regulatory affairs teams to develop an ecotox strategy that will support the introduction of new solutions to the market, within budget and to agreed timelines.
What you’ll need to bring
You’ll need
MSc level or equivalent qualifications, preferably in Life Sciences, as a minimum. We’ll also be looking for
an excellent understanding of both North America and Europe regulatory frameworks
. While not essential,
experience across all areas of regulatory ecotoxicology and/or a specialism, e.g., ED, bees, birds and mammals, US ESA assessment, would be a plus.
You’ll also need:

Reliability in communicating complex regulatory matters to support decision making.
A proven ability to work effectively, and inspire others, in a multinational environment.
Good organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task on several projects and work independently when necessary.
A results-driven approach, strong team working capabilities, but also individual confidence and decisiveness.
