Care Supervisor and carers

Our client are looking for Carers and Care Supervisors in the Slough area

Care Supervisor:

In charge of putting into practice field-based quality control measures and offering assistance to all Care & Support Workers in a designated region.
Principal Tasks and Accountabilities of a Field Care Supervisor:

Building relationships with care staff and service users; completing care assessments and writing up Care Plans; assisting the registered manager in getting ready for local government and CQC inspections; assisting the care coordinator with any tasks that may be necessary; spotting good practices among caregivers in the community; identifying and reporting training concerns back to the registered manager; and being able to provide high standards of care.

You must have a car�and a drivers licence
