Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced Registered Domicilary Care Manager located in Worthing. The Registered Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality care services are delivered, overseeing both the client services team and the management staff supporting care professionals in the field, as well as maintaining regulatory compliance.
A key requirement of the role will be to manage and develop senior members of the office team, as they grow and develop with our service.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and management abilities
Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care (essential)
Deep knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
Experience in home care (domicialiary care) settings is essential
Case Management, Training, and Social Services skills
