One of the most reputable and innovative homecare providers in the UK is recruiting for a new Care Manager opportunity for their newly established office in Bedford.

This company are known for being one the best in the country when it comes to premium homecare. You will support the Director in the day-to-day operations of the service as they focus on growing the business. There will also be a clear scope to progress quickly into the Registered Manager position!

Key Responsibilities of the Care Manager:
- Ensure quality and consistency is maintained throughout the service
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with staff, service users and external stakeholders
- Ensure service is compliant with CQC regulations
- Effectively manage the team and ensure staff morale remains high
- Continue the growth of hours among private and local authority clients
- Previous care experience ideal
- Driver with own vehicle
- Driven and ambitious who loves a challenge
- Fantastic knowledge of CQC regulations
- A team player who can leverage good service
- Level 5 or working towards
- Growing office with plenty of scope for development
- High level of flexibility given
