Key responsibilities:1. Undertake and document regular team meetings and service user meetings and act on any outcomes.3. Prepare for and represent the company at CQC inspections.4. To carry out remedial actions against inspection through the production of a Quality Improvement Plan.5. Promote Equality and Diversity.6. Ensure that service users' care and welfare needs are assessed and met in full.7. Compile and implement Care Plans, Risk Assessments, Behaviour support plans, or any other documentation relevant to the service users within your care.9. Provide appropriate support with ordering and administering medication.10. Attend and contribute towards annual reviews regarding the service users within your care.11. Create the necessary reports in relation to your service users within your care.12. Provide effective supervision and support for the staff team.13. Liaise with other agencies involved with the service users to ensure the provision is integrated14. Ensure that Health and Safety requirements are met in full in line with company policies.15. Maintain a pro-active safeguarding/protection policy and react to situations according to the regulations.Management Team17. Report on progress, achievement and challenges to the Registered Manager18. Contribute to the development and review of all policies, procedures and documents stated in the Quality Improvement Plan.General1. Working according to the policies and guidelines of the Organisation.2. To be committed to Continuous Professional Development (CPD).3.
