Experts2care are working with an independent provider of quality nursing and residential homes. They are recruiting a Manager for their new purpose built care home near Wincanton. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy commissioning projects and nurturing a team.

What you'll do:
This role will involve all aspects of managing a busy Nursing home and providing strong leadership and support to the team and increase occupancy levels.
What you'll bring:

Experience as a Home Manager in Care Homes and experience in commissioning.

Experience in complex dementia care.

Nursing PIN

A comprehensive knowledge of current care and health and safety legislation in particular the Care Standards Act and Care Home Regulations.

Well developed IT and data analysis experience.

Clean, full driving licence and have access to a vehicle for use at work.

Team working skills.

Good people skills.

Hands on, flexible approach.

Effective communicator across various levels of the organisation.
