We are are recruiting for one of our exclusive clients for an experienced and dedicated Deputy Manager for one of their residential homes.We are seeking a skilled, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to fill the role of Deputy Manager. Staff Management: Supervise and support care staff, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and delivering the highest standard of care. Quality of Care: Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the individual needs of residents. Resident Well-being: Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being. Health and Safety: Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols. Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the team, residents, and their families. Address concerns and maintain a positive atmosphere within the care home. Budget Management: Assist in managing the care home's budget effectively, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently.Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a senior care role. Relevant qualification in health and social care (e.g., NVQ Level 4 or equivalent). Strong leadership and communication skills. Understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
