The Care Co-Ordinator role requires candidates that can multi-task, have excellent communication skills and can work well under pressure. They should be professional, polite and attentive, whilst also being accurate and should be able to represent the business at a senior level, both internally and externally. The role ofCare Co-Ordinatoris diverse, fast paced and very challenging/demanding.

Job Responsibilities
To ensure effective day to day running of homecare service delivered to clients by establishing close contact with staff and regular on-site review of the Health and Social Care standards.
Liaise with coordinators to ensure appropriate allocation of workers to meet needs of homecare clients
