Job DescriptionCompany DescriptionWe are a Family run company.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Care Coordinator role at Mountbatton Care Services located in Bootle, with flexibility for some remote work. The Care Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the delivery of care to clients in the Bootle area. This will involve liaising with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met at all times.
