An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Care Coordinator to join an established Domiciliary care provider based in Southport.

To be considered for this role you will;

• Have experience as a care coordinator within a domiciliary care branch


• Be able to work at a fast pace and well within a team


• Have knowledge of CQC


• Hold a minimum of NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care


• Be flexible to cope with changing demands


• Be dedicated to delivering outstanding care
