Job Description

Are you a social worker looking for an exciting new locum position? We're working with an outstanding NHS Trust who is looking for an individual with HCPC/SWE registration to join their rehabilitation service as a care coordinator.

You should a good working knowledge of substance misuse in relation to mental health, as well as safeguarding policy and procedures with a solid understanding of rehabilitation and recovery

The ideal candidate will have recent NHS experience, enhanced DBS and must have right to work in the UK.
