Care Coordinator/Resourcer

Concept Care Practice is a well established Social Care Recruitment Agency based in central Reading, providing temporary and permanent recruitment solutions within the care sector. We are currently looking for an energetic and enthusiastic care coordinator to join our office team.

    Requirements:

• Previous experience of working within the care industry desirable


• Previous experience in staff recruitment and customer service desirable


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Effective administrative skills


• The ability to work on own initiative and as a team member


• Proactive and can “think outside the box”


• Driver with own transport desirable
