Responsibilities
Duties of the Care Coordinator – Recruitment Coordinator include, but are not limited to:Answering incoming calls in a positive, happy, professional, and pleasant manner making clients, staff and potential candidates feel special and importantOverall management and implementation of the recruitment strategy and process from enquiry to onboarding. Ensuring all applicants have full satisfactory references and DBS checksConsulting with departments and identify staffing needsManaging recruitment advertising across job boards, social media, and printed publicationsAttending recruitment fairs, market stalls and community outreach eventsCreating recruitment campaigns and initiativesBeing creative and thinking of ways outside the box to attract high quality applicantsSupporting and nurturing desirable candidates through the recruitment processEnsuring new candidate personnel files are complete and compliantProduce data from recruitment records to evaluate and improve our practice. Maintaining all recruitment records and data in line with GDPRContribute to staff retentionParticipate in a share of the on-call rota out of hoursPromoting the good name of Westmorland Homecare in the communityAny other activities that may be necessary to meet the needs of the business
