Overview of the Job:We are looking to recruit an experienced Care Coordinator to work in our Hounslow Branch.The reason why our Care Coordinators are happy is for two reasons:
Firstly, because they work for a company who respects, values and understands its employees and most importantly they end each day knowing they change the lives of the people in our community on a daily basis. You will be in daily communication with our “community heroes” or else our care assistants, helping them with their rotas. Our five longest serving Care Assistants have been with us for a combined total of 43 years, with 2 of them delivering care for them for over 10 years each! The reason why our staff stays with us for so long is simple; because we value all of your work and we make sure you are acknowledged, appreciated and rewarded for this. Job Summary:The main purpose of this role is to manage rosters for carers that are fair, consistent, and realistic for carers and clients. The role also involves the mentoring, monitoring, and coaching of Carers, reporting concerns regarding Service Users and Carers to the Management. This role is performed in accordance with the Employee Handbook and Health vision’s policies and procedures. From Christmas presents and their annual Xmas meal, Birthday cards (and presents!) to office lunches, we look after all our employees as it is because of your support that people start and end the day with a smile on their face.
