Care Assistant/Team Leader

Komplex Care are recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant with Team Leader duties!

Working Hours: 08.00am to 10.00pm with a sleep in from 10.00pm to 08.00am. Please note these shifts are in 24 hour blocks with an additional 4 hours of Admin at an enhanced pay!

Pay: £11.50 to £14.50 per hour

UK Driving Licence is essential for this position.

With the aim of supporting individuals to lead full and dignified lives, each client has their own Operations Manager and Registered Manager in their preferred place of care. 

You'll be providing care and support to a female in her own home whose individual needs include: 

• Brain injury
• Visual impairment
• Mental Health
• Personal care
• Medication
• Moving and handling

Team Leader duties:

• Rota management
• Staffing one to ones
• Liasing with professionals
