Salary: £76.50 - £85 Per Day

Job Description:

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students within the school environment. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the delivery of high-quality education, ensuring that students receive the individualised support they need to thrive academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Provide one-to-one or small group support to students, helping them with their learning and development.

• 
  

  Assist in the planning and implementation of educational activities, under the guidance of the class teacher.

• 
  

  Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting diversity and inclusion.

• 
  

  Help to manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and respectful learning atmosphere.

• 
  

  Collaborate with teachers and other teaching assistants to assess student progress and adapt support as needed.

• 
  

  Support students with special educational needs and disabilities, ensuring their specific requirements are met.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 
  

  Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.

• 
  

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• 
  

  A genuine passion for education and working with children.

• 
  

  Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.

• 
  

  Enhanced DBS or willing to apply, along with EWC registration
