Are you an experienced card room supervisor looking for a new opportunity? Can you implement a schedule that will maximise revenue?
We have a vacancy for a card room supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for implementing a schedule to maximise the revenue and ensure that all the relevant gaming legislation, regulations, guidelines, and company policies are adhered to. Implementing a schedule which maximises revenue, whilst also providing great customer service and building professional relationships.
Key skills and responsibilities include:
Friendly, yet professional with excellent customer service skills.
Setting and maintaining the highest standards of presentation for the card room.
Holding a full and detailed knowledge and understanding of all relevant gaming legislation, regulations, guidelines, and company policies.
Supervise tournaments and cash games daily or as required by the schedule.
Implement a schedule and maximise revenue.
Knowledge and understanding of the local poker business and competitor activity.
Strong communication skills.
Personal Functional License (PFL) required.
