Car Sales Manager

We are working with a large prestige car dealership who are looking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager. This position reports to the General Sales Manager. You will be currently working as a Sales Manager and you must have outstanding qualities to be considered for this role. You will need to demonstrate your achievements and leadership qualities. You will be dynamic, enthusiastic and highly professional in your approach.
Sales Manager Role:Driving the performance of the sales executives to achieve targets and business volume objectivesControlling profit targets, departmental expenses and monitoring trends and reacting accordinglyResponsible for maximising the sales and profitability of the departmentCustomer satisfaction and retention is a vital focus for the position As a Car Sales Manager you:You must be in a Sales Manager role with at least 2 years experience at a franchised car dealershipWill have a passion for success and achieving your objectives.Will be a highly organised individual who can prioritise workload effectively.Will have previous experience of effectively managing, coaching, motivating and developing the sales team to ensure that industry-leading performance standards are evident throughout the department.Be an excellent communicator at all levels who is assertive, professional and dynamic.
