With over 150+ cars in stock that are priced to sell, emphasis will be placed on using your experience to assess customers' needs and then sell the product/products they need.Owing to great sales last year with records being conquered month on month we need another capable pair of hands to field the vast amounts of leads that come into the sales department.Candidate RequirementsPrevious car sales experience from a main dealer or independent.Drive and determination to hit and exceed targetsExcellent telephone mannerAbility to use own initiative but ask for guidance when necessaryEngaging and persuasive personalityEnthusiasm for the products and addonsAbility to upsellPackage£22,000 basic salary£50k OTEHoursTwo Days off in the week every weekMonday to Friday 9am -7.30pmEvery Saturday 8.30am-6pmEvery other Sunday 9.30am-5pm
