Car Sales Executive – Main Dealer·Up to £20k Basic £50k OTE ·Brand new Company Car·Settled teamOur client is representing a well renowned brand in a Prime location within a busy dealership.The brand has a long and illustrious history and continues to dominate both the new and used car markets. We are looking for a driven salesperson to join their team.This person must be highly target driven and strive to exceed each customers expectations from initial meet and greet through to handing their new car over.You must have previous Car Sales Experience.Role RequirementsTo succeed you must have an insatiable desire to produce results, a commitment to excellence and be able to build outstanding customer relationships.Franchised Main Dealer background would be a distinct advantage.Your own standards will dictate that you exceed your customer's expectations in every element of their buying experience mirroring the values of this highly sought-after brand.As well as concentrating on your own sales targets you will be keen to work as part of a first-class team within this automotive business with great support from the General Sales Manager & Head of Business.Our client is a firm believer of Career progression within the company which once you have a proven track record and shown full commitment to the following your hard work will work towards the future.Salary + Benefits This role has an OTE of £50,000 which is not capped but highly achievable, top performers are earning in excess of £60,000, plus a brand-new company car and benefits.Basic Salary Up to £20k Hours of Work are Mon – Fri 8.30am – 6pm, Saturday 8.30am – 5pm, Sunday & Bank Hols 10.00am – 4pm (on a rota basis of approx. 1 in 3) Company Pension SchemeCompany CarPlease apply to Command Recruitment now to avoid disappointment.
