Car Sales Executive

Forde Recruitment are currently looking for a Customer Consultant to join our clients team at their dealership in York.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: £35,000-£40,000 (Including on Target Earnings)Duties
* Engage with customers in a professional and ensuring that the highest levels of service is provided, both in-person and over the phone
* Present the vehicle features, specifications and benefits to customers through product demonstrations
* Conduct test drives to allow customers to experience the vehicle
* Provide accurate information on pricing, financing options, warranties and aftersales products and services
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may haveRequirements
* Good quality sales experience, preferably within a dealership environment
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in using computer software and CRM systems
* A full driving license valid in the UK with no disqualificationsBenefits:
