Car Parking Manager

I am pleased to present a career opportunity for a Car Parking Manager, for an organisation in Leicestershire. This will be Full Time, but with hybrid working and flexible working possible with the hours being roughly 37.5 per week.

The salary will� be between �35,000 and �42,000 per annum. The organisation offers an excellent benefits package.

Job Responsibilities:

• Production, ownership, and implementation of the Car Park Management Policy including regular updates


• Promote the concept and development of the Car Park management System throughout the organisation, through Implementation and ongoing via internal platforms


• Work in partnership with other organisations to improve the provision of onsite facilities (e.g., cycle parking)


• Identify and secure internal support funding required to deliver the Car Park Management Policy effectively alongside the data, monitoring and reports provided from the Car Park Management System


• Work closely with the Engineering & Facilities Real Estate Team to develop both Freehold and lease requirements to support the Car Parking Policy


• Provide pre agreed reporting in the monitoring of the delivery including Car Park usage, Enforcement and Cahs Collection / Reconciliation
