Capital Works Programme Delivery Manager
Asset Management / Planned Maintenance - Social Housing
Leicester based – Covering Midlands Region
Package up to £60,000
Full time, permanent, with Flexible working (site, office & home based)
Overview:
Allen Lane is seeking a dedicated Programme Delivery Manager to lead our client’s Midlands property investment and planned works programmes. The successful candidate will oversee project management of investment work contracts, ensuring high standards, excellent customer experience, and value for money. This role involves managing a small team, liaising with contractors, and optimising service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead investment and planned works programmes for Midlands properties.
* Act as contract administrator through Keystone asset management system
* Certify contractor valuations and claims.
* Manage quality inspection processes and
liaison officers.
* Review and update stock data for future programmes.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Provide advice on contractual matters.
* Manage a small team to achieve corporate objectives.
* Participate in out-of-hours duty surveyor team on a rota basis.
* Attend meetings as required and promote
in service delivery.
* Uphold an excellent level of customer service, including complaint resolution.
Performance Measures:
* Conduct regular meetings and appraisals with direct reports.
* Monitor expenditure against budget and provide financial statements.
* Deliver project updates and management reports.
* Contribute to organisational objectives and targets.
Requirements:
* Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
* Accredited qualifications by RICS or CIOB .
* NEBOSH/IOSH qualification desirable.
* Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
* Full driving license and access to insured vehicle for work use.
* Knowledge of quality control systems and remote working technology.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
* Minimum two years' experience in delivering planned investment works.
* Experience in contract administration and project management.
* Familiarity with Keystone or similar asset management systems.
