Job Title: Capital Works Assistant Project Manager
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: North stand offices at the American Express Stadium, Brighton and American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing
Job Type: Permanent

You will assist in the coordination through to completion (and everything else in between) on capital projects, ensuring there is consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. You will help develop detailed project execution plans to monitor progress throughout the planning, design and construction phases. You will also ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
What we are looking for
This is a challenging, fast paced role so you must have excellent organisational skills, with great attention to detail and the ability to multi-task multiple projects at one. You will have previous experience of working within a construction-based environment and be experienced with working within budgets and tight deadlines.
